Activists dressed as preists and nuns carry out a creative action at the base of the still under construction Bunbury Catholic Cathedral in the Bunbury CBD at the end of Victoria Street. Two of the activists dressed as priests, climbed the scaffolding to hang a banner off the top of the cathedral tower, before the spire was in place. The banner read 'Forgive Simcoa for they know not what they do'. Simcoa is a silicon producer operating near Bunbury and is owned by japanese company Shin-Etsu. Unfortunately, Simcoa refuses to stop burning Jarrah wood that is logged from local native forest. They could burn bluegum wood sourced from plantations but they refuse to do so.
