The Cockatoos Need You cockatoosneedyou.org.au/Tragically (and disgracefully for the WA State govt.), ALL three of WA's Black Cockatoo species are on the threatened species lists, State and National. Landclearing and logging of native forest are two of the major threats to them. TAKE ACTION AT THIS SITE.

NoMining.com www.nomining.com/Campaign and action site, against the expansion of open-cut bauxite mining in WA's South West forests. Bauxite Resources Limited (BRL) and Barry Carbon are the culprits here, attempting to open new bauxite mines and permanently destroy tens of thousands of hectares of native forest.
